It had an amazing location close to the bus stop to local villages and Cartagena, other bars and restaurants and a medical centre. Overall it was panoramic and large on the balcony. The staff were ATTENTIVE, efficient, would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was comfortable and absolutely fabulous. We lovely spend 7 nights in La Manga del Mar Menor. The breakfast was extensive and good hot, a great selection of freshly made food. It was based in truly excellent building in a marvellous location, on the area or buses etc.

Well-maintained place with free Wi-Fi and traditional restaurant. Caring staff, good service, newly decorated and brilliant rooms. Outstanding food, especially extensive and rich breakfast. The pool area is lovely too. Easy parking nearby. Great choice for trip.

We have spent 17 days in queen room with wonderful views, a balcony and terrace, everything was amazing. The traditional restaurant for dinner at 8 pm and the outdoor bar.

Beds were a little hard.

Great Location: The hotel is just a short walk from the beach, and our room had an amazing view. It was so nice to be able to easily access the beach whenever we wanted.

Limited Breakfast Options: The only downside was that the hot breakfast buffet didn't open until 8:30, which was too late for us as we had activities planned for the day. While there was a cold breakfast option available, we had to inform the reception daily to reserve it, which was a bit inconvenient.

Hotel is situated in a fantastic location surrounded by the sea.The food was very good and tthe standard of accomodation was excellent along with the views.Sun bathing area and the pool was excellent with direct access to one of the many beaches

Staff were not overly friendly and i feel that this was driven by my lack of Spanish

The location is superb - wonderful panoramic views of the bay surround the hotel. The food in the restaurant is exceptional, with great choice, the chef always being on hand and the waiters are very attentive.

This hotel has everything - but we did find the bed mattresses too hard - would prefer a softer version! Apart from that we had a wonderful stay (our second time, and there will surely be a third).

We stayed at a hotel in a beautiful location, right on the beach, with stunning views from our room. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good choice of food. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, with bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.

The evening meals could have had more variety and fresh vegetables.

The hotel has placed directly on the beach. View from balcony was excellent.

Poor quality of free wi-fi internet connections at the lobby. No internet connections in a room. The billiard at the hall was been very outdated.

I had an amazing stay at Servigroup Galua! The value for money was great, and my room was clean and fresh. The hotel's location right on the beach was superb, and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety.

Wonderful hotel, extensive breakfast with a great selection of choice, amazing location in restaurant pleasant. Location very close to the local golf courses, the cliff with sand beaches all around and the lagoon side of the Mar Menor.

Its staff are excellent and decent. They provide fruit juices, cereal and pastries, that is fantastic.
